Wiessmeyer web store sales, shipping, and return policies:

International shipping

At our discretion, we ship internationally to selected countries only. Please make sure you choose the appropriate postage band. If you want us to ship with USPS airmail without a tracking number, we will email the customs declaration number to you. Currently, you may track your shipment with this customs declaration number at usps.com for Canada and select countries. For all other countries, tracking is only available until your package leaves the US. We are not be responsible if your shipment is delayed or lost once it leaves the US. The buyer is responsible for all customs charges, duties and taxes . All international shipping charges and engraving fees are non-refundable. We reserve the right to deny service and sales to anyone.


US Shipping policy for leather mutes

We ship with US Postal Service. Most orders within the US are processed within 1 to 2 business days and ship for a flat shipping & handling fee of $5.50 dollars via USPS first class mail parcel with delivery confirmation/tracking number or $10.60 via USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation/tracking number. Shipping options for larger mute orders and express mail are also available. We reserve the right to deny service and sales to anyone.


Return policy

If you are not satisfied with you purchase, return the merchandise within 7 business days of receipt for a full refund. All mutes must be returned in original packaging and in “as new” condition.
Exception: All Custom engraving charges and shipping are non refundable. Please note: The layout and font choice for a custom engraving is at our sole discretion, as we have to be able to fit any engraving request in a legible way onto the mute.
Buyer pays for return shipping. In the USA return shipments must be made via USPS first class mail parcel with a delivery confirmation/tracking number or priority mail with a delivery confirmation receipt/tracking number.
